7 When you hear of wars and rumors of wars, do not be alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come.

MEDITATION:
Have a platform that is accessible by all but not responsible to all. You need to know the demarcation between your disciples and multitude. People should see a leader as accessible but leadership should only be responsible to those who take responsibilities. Jesus was never answerable to the masses but disciples that were responsible to Him.

PRAYER: Lord, I receive grace to create a responsible and accessible platform in leadership.
