18 “Listen then to what the parable of the sower means: 19 When anyone hears the message about the kingdom and does not understand it, the evil one comes and snatches away what was sown in their heart. This is the seed sown along the path.
MEDITATION:
Let us spend some days to study the qualities of the different states of the heart. The heart by the road side has the following features.
(i.) It lacks understanding of spiritual things.
(ii.) Anything can pass through it even birds have free access.
(iii.) It is not consecrated to God.
(iv.) It is a heart that has no value for the things of God.
(v.) It is a careless life, not fenced.
Judge yourself today so that you will not be judge! Is your heart like this?
PRAYER: Pray fervently that your heart will not have the above features
