16 Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts.

MEDITATION:
When you are speaking or hearing, three major events are going on in the spirit. So, stop joking with words.
1. Transactions: Buying and selling of things
2. Transference: Transfer of flow and Spirit from the speaker to the hearer
3. Transformation: A change of mind or life or spirit by the information you are receiving by hearing.
Transference is of the spirit, transaction is exchange of materials and transformation is of the mind.

PRAYER: Oh Lord, give me grace to hear and speak right.
