REVEALED WORD TODAY
// Read: I Timothy 1:18-20 //
18 Timothy, my son, I am giving you this command in keeping with the prophecies once made about you, so that by recalling them you may fight the battle well, 19 holding on to faith and a good conscience, which some have rejected and so have suffered shipwreck with regard to the faith. 20 Among them are Hymenaeus and Alexander, whom I have handed over to Satan to be taught not to blaspheme.
MEDITATION:
Prophecies are meant to be used in warfare. Prophecy from God does not just come to pass by itself. It is as Apostle Paul admonishes Timothy to do, to war a good warfare with them. Beloved, it is high time we have a correct attitude to the prophecies of God for our lives so that we might enter into their fulfillment. Prophecies are weapons of a Christian warfare. For the next few days we will look at some prophecies in the Scripture and how by a good warfare they came to pass.
PRAYER: Dear Lord, help me to transform all your prophecies for my life into a reality in Jesus name.
