27 After this, Jesus went out and saw a tax collector by the name of Levi sitting at his tax booth. “Follow me,” Jesus said to him, 28 and Levi got up, left everything and followed him.
29 Then Levi held a great banquet for Jesus at his house, and a large crowd of tax collectors and others were eating with them. 30 But the Pharisees and the teachers of the law who belonged to their sectcomplained to his disciples, “Why do you eat and drink with tax collectors and sinners?”
31 Jesus answered them, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick.
MEDITATION:
If Jesus will come for you in your situation you need to understand the relationship between the sick and the doctor. You must see connecting to Jesus as superior to connecting to other things. Also, know that you as the sick need a doctor, the doctor do not need the sick. There are things in your life that it is only Jesus Christ that can fix; will you allow Him to fix you? You need to understand perfectly two different views in relativity with God. (i) Doctor/ the sick view (ii) Righteous / Sinners view, it Jesus will help you to have the best of God for your life. You need to desire Him just as the sick want the Doctor.
PRAYER: Father Lord, I ask for your intervention in my life in Jesus name.
