GODLY USES OF THE HEART I

// Read Matthew 22:37-40 //

³⁷Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’^[a] ³⁸This is the first and greatest commandment. ³⁹And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’^[b] ⁴⁰All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”

MEDITATION:

The heart of man can be used to please the lord when it used for the following

i. Love Isaiah 26: 8-9; Matt. 22:37;

ii. Transformation Rom. 12:1-2; Phil. 4:8;

iii. Edification Rom. 14:17-18, I Thess. 5:11; I Cor. 10:20-24;

iv. Magnification Luke 1:46;

v. Blessing Isaiah 58:10-12, Ps 103:1-2, 146:1.

PRAYER: Pray for grace to use your heart to please God
