GOD HIDES SUPERORDINARY IN ORDINARY I

// Read Rom. 1:1-3; Phil. 1:1-2; Eph. 1:1-2 //
1 Paul, a servant of Christ Jesus, called to be an apostle and set apart for the gospel of God— 2 the gospel he promised beforehand through his prophets in the Holy Scriptures 3 regarding his Son, who as to his earthly life[a] was a descendant of David,

Phil. 1:1-2
Paul and Timothy, servants of Christ Jesus,
To all God’s holy people in Christ Jesus at Philippi, together with the overseers and deacons[a]:
2 Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Eph. 1:1-2
1 Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God,
To God’s holy people in Ephesus,[a] the faithful in Christ Jesus:
2 Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

MEDITATION:
God always hide what will be super ordinary or something great in small things. Paul that wrote some part of the New Testament did not know, he wrote those letters to individuals and Churches in different places. Some of them were even written from prisons. You can never tell when the Lord will take what you are doing to generational and institutional dimensions so you have to do it well.

PRAYER: Pray about your commitment in the things of God.
