MEDITATION:
Every mind that will be sound must have loin. A loin of mind is another feature of a sound mind. Loins are the control and gird you exercise upon your mind. The loin of mind is meant to exercise control over your mind; a disciplined mind have loin, and you cannot allow anything to flow through your mind. Evil thoughts, evil imaginations can be kept off your mind. Loins of the mind will keep evil influx from your mind as you exercise gird on it.
