8 Now David and his men went up and raided the Geshurites, the Girzites and the Amalekites. (From ancient times these peoples had lived in the land extending to Shur and Egypt.)
MEDITATION:
Men of David said to him that today is the day that the Lord said He would handover his enemy to his hand but he refused to agree with them. This is because David considered Saul as the anointed of God that he would not put his hand against him. You need to be careful of definition men give to your situation in your days of trial. When God put your enemy into a deep sleep, will you strike? These may be a test for your kingdom.
PRAYER: Oh Lord, give me grace to be able to interpret your dealings in my life.
