MEDITATION:
Every Pastor or Shepherd as well as a Leader (in any respect) reading this material this morning must know that there are dangerous demands that shepherding or leadership will require from us. From the story of David, we can note the following:
i. Understand that sheep are not your own they are your father’s sheep.
ii. Lion or bear can come amidst the flock, you need to watch out.
iii. Go after the lion and bear Vs35.
You cannot rescue without risking it, you need to snatch sheep. Whatever it will cost you as a shepherd you need to always go after the lion or bear and snatch prey out of their mouths.

PRAYER: Lord Jesus Christ, give me grace to be a good leader.
