5 For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith goodness; and to goodness, knowledge; 6 and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness; 7 and to godliness, mutual affection; and to mutual affection, love. 8 For if you possess these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9 But whoever does not have them is nearsighted and blind, forgetting that they have been cleansed from their past sins.

MEDITATION:
Many Christian believe that it is only faith that they need as children of God; Faith in His Word for salvation, healing and prosperity. This is not time. It is important to have faith but some things must be added to faith before it can deliver the expected outcome. Virtue is one of the things that must be added to faith. Virtue means high moral standard, righteousness, goodness, purity and honour. After believing God for healing or prosperity etc with the Word of God, righteousness must be obtained in order to receive the expected result.

PRAYER: Pray that you will be a virtuous Christian that have high moral standard.
