31 “Simon, Simon, Satan has asked to sift all of you as wheat. 32 But I have prayed for you, Simon, that your faith may not fail. And when you have turned back, strengthen your brothers.”

33 But he replied, “Lord, I am ready to go with you to prison and to death.”

34 Jesus answered, “I tell you, Peter, before the rooster crows today, you will deny three times that you know me.”

MEDITATION:
Distractions are hindrances that come our way to fulfill a God-given assignment. Some of the things that bring distraction are:
i. Self confidence and lack of attention (Luke 22:31-34)
ii. Prayerlessness Vs39-34
iii. Using physical weapon to tackle spiritual challenges Vs49
iv. Following Jesus a far of Vs54
v. Not ready to identify with Jesus Christ in the public Vs55
If these factors are in your life you need to pray so that they will not hinder you to become what God ordained.

PRAYER: Pray that these factors will not distract you behind Jesus in Jesus name.
