MEDITATION:
Leave things in people not only for people. It is what you leave in people that will be generational. The legacies of leadership are knowledge and training that you leave in people. The essence of leadership is not a function of materials or things given to people but the different impacts you are making in the life of men so as to live better and perform better. What is your leadership doing to people’s personality; are you increasing or decreasing them? Check it out.
