13 Then the Lord said to him, “Know for certain that for four hundred years your descendants will be strangers in a country not their own and that they will be enslaved and mistreated there.

MEDITATION:
God will always work from the future to the present by declaring the end from the beginning. Ever before Abraham had children, the Lord had called him father of nations, He called Gideon the mighty man of valour even before he fought any battle. When you understand the workings of God, you will be ready to work with Him by only trusting in His words.

PRAYER: In the name of Jesus, I receive grace to work with God.
