1 Jesus, full of the Holy Spirit, left the Jordan and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness, 2 where for forty days he was tempted[a] by the devil. He ate nothing during those days, and at the end of them he was hungry.
MEDITATION:
There are reasons why God allows period of silence in the life of a man. The period of silence is meant for
(i.) Internal workings instead of external workings in a man.
(ii.) Rooting of life and destiny instead of fruiting.
(iii.) Waiting to be ripe for the fulfillment of purpose.
(iv.) Being processed for where you are going.
(v.) God dealing with you before you start dealing with things.
PRAYER: Father, in the Name of Jesus Christ, I receive all that you have for me in the silent period of life.
