23 Some went out on the sea in ships;
they were merchants on the mighty waters.
24 They saw the works of the Lord,
his wonderful deeds in the deep.

MEDITATION:
Wonders of God resides in the deep. No wonder Jesus said to Peter launch into the deep for multitude of fishes. It is only those who can go deeper that can experience the wonders of God. The wonders of God are functions of a deep relationship with God. Refuse to operate at the shallow level this year, set out for a deep sea experience of God. Wonders of God are in the deep not in the shallow dealings.

PRAYER: I receive grace to seek God deeper this year than before.
