22 Hannah did not go. She said to her husband, “After the boy is weaned, I will take him and present him before the Lord, and he will live there always.”[a]

23 “Do what seems best to you,” her husband Elkanah told her. “Stay here until you have weaned him; only may the Lord make good his[b] word.” So the woman stayed at home and nursed her son until she had weaned him.

MEDITATION:
Whatever the Lord is doing in your life has a time for public appearances. Don’t offer it to the public until it is weaned from maturing.
Weaning is the onset of maturing from dependence to independence. It is a growth of system that attracts a change of structure. Sucking is temporary and it is not for the public. There are times your vision will suck from you, that is when you still need to feed it in private. Private commitment is necessary in the days of sucking when the vision is feeding from you but a time will come that the vision give you a feedback; it is then you can start to offer to the public/

PRAYER: Lord, help me to feed my vision private.
