10 But though Daniel knew about it, he went home and knelt down as usual in his upstairs bedroom, with its windows open toward Jerusalem, and prayed three times a day, just as he always had, giving thanks to his God.

MEDITATION:
Change of status makes people to change their commitment and dedication to God. The increase of God or the blessings of God should not be the reason why you are taking Him for granted. Daniel was not status-minded; he did not allow his promotion to hinder him from praying as before, neither did he allow the threats of the enemy. You need to carry the fear of God into every level of progress and development of your life. Let the Lord see that despite your promotion or progress you are committed unto Him as before.
