35 I am eighty years old today, and life has lost its excitement.[a] Food and wine are no longer tasty, and entertainment is not much fun; I would only be a burden to my lord the king.

MEDITATION:
Discerning right is a function of time; you cannot get it right without getting the time right for every purpose according to Eccl. 3:1. It is possible to get:
i. The right thing at the right time – Grace of God
ii. The right thing at the wrong time.
iii. The wrong thing at the right time.
iv. Wrong things at the wrong time.
The understanding of time and purpose will make you to rightly discern what you desire from the Lord.
