27 But Laban said to him, “If I have found favor in your eyes, please stay. I have learned by divination that the Lord has blessed me because of you.”
MEDITATION: Experience is good but we need to learn how to handle it in order not to miss the purpose of the experience. You may have experience but if it is not well handled it may bring the following dangers.
1. One may not pay attention to details as a result of experience – Number 20:11
2. You may take things for granted or complacency set in as a result of experience.
3. Tendency of keeping repeating the same process (like Samuel in the house of Jesse).
4. It can hinder further learning or impacts of not well handled.
PRAYER: Oh Lord, help me to make the best use of the experience you have given me.
