MEDITATION:
Leading should not be only in words but also in life. We need to do away with whatever that will bring leadership gap in order not to affect the coming generation. Leadership gap comes when
i. There is the same lack located in the life of the led and the follower.
ii. When there is no particular destination defined.
iii. When followership is about the sight of a leader and a sight of a leader and alone.
iv. Aiming to ditches in life confirms leadership gap.

Pray that you will not be leading others away.
PRAYER: Oh Lord grant us grace to bridge every leadership gap.
