2 Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters,[a] whenever you face trials of many kinds, 3 because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. 4 Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.

MEDITATION:
Yesterday, we said we must endure chastening to be a balanced Christian. This is very important and there are some things we must know to achieve this. One of these is the testing of our faith, it produces patience that makes us perfect; complete lacking nothing when it is allowed to have its perfect work in us. Beloved, we must experience various trials. But know their duty in your life and allow it with joy.

PRAYER: Pray for the grace to be joyful in a season of trials of faith.
