11 I have seen something else under the sun:
The race is not to the swift
or the battle to the strong,
nor does food come to the wise
or wealth to the brilliant
or favor to the learned;
but time and chance happen to them all.
MEDITATION:
Time and chance are two major tools that every man needs to work out their destiny in life. Everything works with time and chance. Time is what offers chance (Opportunity) within the frame of life. So for you to succeed in life you need to know how to obey the law of time.
Even Jesus in John 7:3-8 obeyed the law of Time and Seasons. The knowledge of time will give you the knowledge of space; understanding of your time will open up the available chance that you have around you to you. God created time and space and these limited us to days and seasons.
PRAYER: Pray for understanding of times like men of Issachar.
