14 “You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. 16 In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.
MEDITATION:
The other issue that we need to address concerning being the light is that every one that will shine will have a house (that is a place of expression of light). House is your defined scope of shinning; you cannot shine and come under (verse 15).
Every shining light has a place of shinning. Where God has ordained for you is a place of your shinning. Have you located your house where you are going to shine? The house for Pastor E. A. Adeboye to shine is in the Ministry; the house for Charles Wesley to shine is Music; the house for Albert Einstein to shine is Science. You are also ordained to shine somewhere, find it and begin to shine.
PRAYER: Father Lord I receive grace to shine in life.
