// Read Romans 10:12-17 //
12 For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile—the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, 13 for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”[a]

14 How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? 15 And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!”[b]

16 But not all the Israelites accepted the good news. For Isaiah says, “Lord, who has believed our message?”[c] 17 Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ.

MEDITATION:
Faith is not developed by prayers but by hearing the word of God. You must hear the word of God repeatedly until there is a knowing in your heart that it is the truth and it is possible with God. The hearing of the word of God may be by reading it out aloud to yourself or listening to tapes or CD of the word of God and related message. The first step in the process of faith is to hear the word of God through the sent one.

Prayer: Pray that you will create time to hear the word of God until faith comes.
